Refund

Worst service ever, I regret using multichoice, I phone these useless people on the 27th July for my refund even today I haven't received my refund, the supervisor just called me stating they waiting for the 2nd approver, when will the 2nd approver aprove my refund i mean like this is my money,get the **** ass up & give my money back...I'm tired of your useless people.
