I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by MultiChoice. They've send me an sms link to pay my dstv which is an instant payment method but all of a sudden they refuse to refund me claiming I need to provide them with an app generated proof of payment but I did not pay them through any app but their instant sms link and send them my bank statement depicting amount and date but they still refusing to pay.
