Refund

I made a double payment by accident last week Friday. Called Dstv, was advised to send an email, incl a copy of my ID and bank statement showing the double payment, for a refund, till today, no response

3rd October and still no refund nor correspondence.
Quick to send msgs or call to upgrade, but when u are owing people, u gaslight them
