I paid my normal subscription then made a mistake n paid extra RR1330 n spoke to Boitumelo via live chat n sent her everything n she said she will process my refund cause I know how *********** this company is I sent an email to *** I think n got a confirmation that my refund will be processed. Since it money that was meant for my kids schooling today I did a follow up then I'm done nothing was processed n I need to send everything back that bull**** . But they will bother you wen they trying to sell you staff but can't assist with refunds . I'm cancelling my subscription n will do my best to make sure more people do n introduce them to Netflix which is even cheaper
