Refund

I am still awaiting my refund after 3 weeks still no feedback from DSTV. I went to the offices on Friday though it would spread up the process but no still nothing. Called the call centre on Tuesday spoke to Atri he placed me on hold for an hour and I dropped call back spoke to Ncebakazi she said she is escalating it to he team leader This is a huge amount that I'm waiting on
