I made an incorrect payment to DSTV and I have been struggling to get my funds refunded. This is a huge amount. I am not getting any feedback from them. I have been sending mails documents with no feedback. I am not even the account holder, they requested my husband to call and instruct them to makes payment back to me and they have not even responded to his mails. When you call the call centre you speak to a different person every time and they all give you a different story. Bottom line is that I urgently need my money back and not getting feedback from them.

I went to the offices on Friday though it would spread up the process but no still nothing.
Called the call centre on Tuesday spoke to Atri he placed me on hold for an hour and I dropped call back spoke to Ncebakazi she said she is escalating it to he team leader
This is a huge amount that I'm waiting on. Your services really such big time
