refund

I paid for the last month my dstv account which is still in my husbands name. Now im still paying but due to that im \not the account"holder and dont want to activate my service and took all my money as they keep sending me smse that my cant must be paid urgently as im in arrears so i did that but they took all my money and paid my ex husbands account instead of mine! Now i want my 1500rand back but they refuse and simply said it is not their problem!!! I asked for refund or any sort of subcription of something just to get my money back! NO MONEY AND ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE!!! will definitely take this further and exact words from manager they dont care i can take this further as they dont give a ****.
