REFUND!!

I've been struggling to get my refund!! I paid in the incorrect account they kept switching off my services always called for reconnection till I paid again to avoid them from disconnecting my services. I spoke to several agents they advised they escalating the matter to finance for refund,still nothing happend I then requested to speak to a senior.. Spoke to a Manger by the name of Pule Klas modila sent pop to him and still nothing!!
