Refund

I paid R2650 on behalf of my husband via EFT instead of R265 I then called DSTV immediately they told me to request my bank to reverse it, I did I waited 14 days then was told DSTV if refusing to reverse,okay I called DSTV they told me that I must e mail both my I'd copy together with my husband's and bank statements and proof of the R2650 I paid, I did that few days later we got SMS that there's documents missing, I called DSTV I was advised to visit the agent centre which I did then they told me to come with my husband then the following weekend we both went to DSTV they took our documents again and said they have processed we must check in a few days, called DSTV again was told money is reversed to our DSTV account I must go back to DSTV Maponya for them to pay us cash, we went to Manponya they now telling us there's nothing they can do we must go to Randburg it's been over a month getting nothing but stories from DSTV,I'm so ****ed off with their service they just don't have respect for us.
