Refund

about 3 months ago i got a bill from DSTV saying that i was owing an ex amount. I then proceeded to the DTSV website and made the payment on there. A month later i realized that DSTV owed me money as i overpaid due to the incorrect billing. In January 2019 i cancelled my subscription with DSTV and now they refusing to refund me as i cant provide proof of payment. i did however provide a statement reflecting the payment and DSTV can see the credit owing but they wont accept this. My bank however cant provide proof of payment as i made the payment from a 3rd party website and DSTV refuses to assist me after explaining the situation. I honestly dont understand how they not taking a client in consideration.
