REFUND

I paid by EFT a sum of 1000 because they did not debit on the agreed date then after the EFT i was debited i called to ask for a refund as i cannot reverse the debit order it may affect my credit score then i was promised that the amount would reflect in my account in 7 days i then called after 7 days i was now promised 24 hours its now 2 days after the 24 hours still nothing
