Refund

I am having a problem with Multichoice.June I was trying to pay someone with my app. Mistakely it went to Dstv account I called them about the payment. They told me to submit the documents proof of payment, ID copy and bank statement in order to be refunded even today no refund. If you call them they say I will get a refund this week and the week pass nothing.
