Refund

Good day I mistakenely did a payment of R1300 into my dstv account on the 18th of March. I called them on the day and the said they are processing the refund its going to take 7 to 10 days.which paciently waited with no luck. I then tried to contact them via email and they requested proof of payment which they never told me about. I sent them what I could provide and they confirmed they received it and refund will occour in 3 to 4 days.which never happened. I then sent an email asking for feedback they said they had system issues I should wait for 72 hours. Which has gone and pass. I am honestly not happy about their service at all.
