Refuce to pay back extra payment
In November 2015 they took an extra payment from my account and up and till today they just refuse to pay back the extra amount. After hundreds of e-mails and communications they just refuse to pay me back. I eve contacted Legal wise and they send them e-mails and letters but they simply just ignore them and don't even bother to come back to me.

The payment that you made at Henberg Electronics on the 8th August 2015, we've checked your account and noticed you mentioned you did not get a receipt for the payment.
You will have to go to the Manager at the Henberg agency where you made the payment, they will be able to check in their receipt book for the payment. We will not be able to credit the payment on our side because we did not receive the payment.
