I feel like multichoice are robbing me and other clients .on the 23 June was the day i connected the dstv which i then paid R370.21 on the 24th of June, then on the 27 July i paid R470 but then now my dish is disconnected because it says i still owe R440 which it still doesn't make sense, how on earth i must pay R1280.21 for 1month 17 days on a package of R420 per month, I'm very disappointed to see how you multichoice operate like pyramid scheme.i called to get clear understanding then i was told that from 23 June to 6 July i was charged pro data of R185 which now i get nonesense story,then i ask i was charged R370 wereby they should've charged me R185 then from the 7 July i can just start paying normal.but no just because they all about pyramid scheme i must ****** R1280 for 47days of using dstv.
