It's sad how I have absolutely nothing good to say about multichoice. If it's not their lengthy hold time, it's their impatient & unhelpful consultants that you have to deal with. You give them information and they don't listen & make you repeat everything you said literally 18seconds prior. I was given ref number: Int311264 over 7 days ago & advised my internet services would be reconnected in 24 hours, it's over a week later. Today I was assisted by Tanya Tamsasa (apologies for incorrect spelling on surname) who advised she would escalate for the umpteenth time and she would include her TM Donald. Multichoice I pay for a service pls stop making me beg for you'll to render the service.
