Ref *** payment made but acc suspended

I paid my dstv through online banking on on the 2/8/2019,I normally pay through shoprite.only to find to day my dstv is cut off due to no payment.i spoke to Kelvin govender on 7 Aug 2019 who said he will find the payment as they could not pick it up due the bank being delayed.i phoned again after emailing *** as instructed by him.no change.i phoned again twice later the day an was informed 3 times to send the same proof of payment.the 3rd consultant informed me the payment was made by Kelvin govender.the 4th caller told me it doesnt reflect,I must send another email with I'd number an ref *** which I did.my dstv is still off.if you call in it says I owe R83 from the 583 in the morning,meaning they received my 519 payment as per my contract but charging me for penatly.i paid on time.
