*** Essential R349 deal takes forever just to be activated on my line
*** I have 6 days doing follow ups, i have sent more than 3 contracts just to get a ''Work Essential Deal for R349.00''. They have logged a case but every time the agents respond, it's like the matter is new to them....Three agents made me sign 3 contract for the deal I want. They respond late, I don't know whats so hard because I even want to pay cash for the whole 24 months. I'm so disappointed. Really if there was another competitor I would go for them. And this the last time dealing with Multichoice. Just a mere deal takes 6 days wow?

Pitty we cant attach screenshots here. i have sent the documents so many times. is there someone i can forward these documents to personally? because all the agents are refusing to give me their work email.Please come with a solution this thing is so stressing me. I cant even do other things because of this. Please somebody help because i have been sending the documents the whole day.
