Rediculoius accounting system

I have been billed rediculous amounts because of there inefficiant accounting system. I have holliday decoders that I shedule to disconect. It never happens, and I have to pay. Recently there system canged and I was unaware of the system change. As normal I swithed on my holliday decoder and asked them to swith it of again. Month end I received a account of R5200.00. I rushed to there Lynwood Branch to resolve, waited an hour to be helped. Getty to the counter the person was very helpful but had no clue as the systems was not able to gove them the information ro assist me. The Manager was called bur the same. His name was Achiid or something tomthe effect. Verry nice person that want to help. Unfortunately With all his calls even him could not get any answers. I paid the amount that was suddenly lower than the previously day but still stuped. All decoders that was supposed to be swithed off was again still activated till now. My personel opion is that they have so much financial proplems after lunching of there satelite that there busy *****ing there customers to afford there operations. Ther staff are trying to sort but the problems is to bid for them to resolve.
