Reconnection Fees due to Public Holidays
We pay or DSTV subs via EFT. Payments need to be made by or on the 1st of every month. 1 May 2015 was a public holiday

We understand that there was a holiday this past week and that payments will be delayed to get allocated (EFT) and this is out of our control.
Our policy around the reconnection fees state that payments must be made on or before your billing date to avoid the reconnection fee charge. Even if the delayed payments may cause an auto-disconnection, the reconnection fee will be reversed if your payments are made on or before your chosen date to pay.
We will reverse the reconnection fee charged to your account on this occasion and ask that you review our Terms and Conditions around this and our other billing affected policies for future reference.
