Reconnection Fee ****

I am so annoyed by the service level received from DSTV, including their live chat. I requested my account to be debited yesterday by Bhekumndeni and he said it has been debited, today when I logged into my banking app there is no debit order done by dstv. Today I am speaking to Sibusiso via the live chat again and he is sending me incorrect information and requesting for things that have nothing to do with my query. Next thing I will be told to pay a reconnection fee.
