reconnection fee *******
I have been paying my account on the 25th of each month since April 2013, DSTV starting billing me reconnection fees from around September 2014, I have been paying these R50s that they Require from one. In December they once again charged me an Reconnection fee, even though my account was paid on the 25th. I spoke to an consultant by the name of TEBELLO TSOLO, she then requested me to send her a proof of payment, I did that, but problem still no rectified. Can Dstv please resolve ths problem Immediately, and please dont ask me to do a debit order or to make payments at supermarkets.

Your payment date is on the 25th of each month and therefore monthly subscription should be made on or before the date . If the payment reflect on the account after the 25th and services gets disconnected due to non payment , you are liable to pay R50 reconnection fee
Each time R50.00 reconnection was billed on the account was because payment reflected after the due date and services had already been disconnected. Please email us the proof of payment at *** so that we can investigate when the payment was made
Should we find that the payment were done prior to the date , necessary adjustment will be done . However , if payment were made late(after the payment date ) ,you will remain liable for the reconnection fees billed on the account
