reconnection fee

Sometime mid september my dstv was disconnected , when queried i was told that i havent made payment yet.I found this very odd as i made payment on the 27 aug and every month when i receive my salary which is +-three days before the end of the month. I printed my statements and decided that i would go to multichoice in town as i work in town and query this. On my way there i got a call from my mother confirming that the dstv was put back on. so i turned around thinking they found the payment made on that day and it was a general mistake. But lo and behold, for october month i am now being billed for a reconnectoon fee , when i went to multichoice in town they picked up on the system that i apparently made payment for september on the 12 th september. I then showed the lady proof of all my payments and she said that they listed payment made as on tge 12 september and not the 27th august. <br> <br> I am furious that i have to pay a reconnecrion fee for someone elses error in the accounts department that obviously did not pick up that my payment was made the 27 th aug for september month and just thought it would be ok to put FALSE information on their system of dates of payment
