RECONNECTION FEE
Around the end on June 2015 I reactivated my DSTV account . My first query with DSTV was why did I have balance of +629.00 due at the end of July 2015 ? DSTV 1st response received stated the amount due as 89.10 , I asked for a statement so I could understand what happened to the +629.00 but the statement reflected 9.90 due. AT THIS STAGE NO MENTION OF RECONNECTION FEE but followed up again as now I was totally confused however now the next amount now due was R139,10, inclusive of a reconnection fee.<br> <br> <br> to date have no reasonable explanation as to why I am being charged a R50.00 reconnection fee. It is not the value but rather the principle that while I am querying an amount due , there is not anyone available at DSTV able to explain an account status. Furthermore it implies that I was not able to pay an account , yet at a point I had no idea what this amount due was?<br> <br> I am hopeful that I could receive and explanation now <br> <br>
