Reconnection Fee

I recently changed my pay date for subscription in January. I paid all the required amount for reconnection including the subscription.15 days later my service gets disconnected reason being I am owing R62.50. I called the call center and they explained what the R62.50 was for and I made payment of that amount during the day. Later on I get the message that am owing R49 for reconnection fee and I was told there there wont be a reconnection fee.
