RECONNECTION

What happened to my R195 payment because you just decided to disconnect the dstv access service after reconnection. You know what the issue is? My Dstv access subscription was disconnected on the 7th and I was quoted a R195 to have it reconnected made up of R145 plus R50 reconnection fee, the 8th I made that payment and the service was reconnected on the 9th and nothing was mentioned regarding outstanding fees. All of a sudden before month end the service is just disconnected. In my entire experience with dstv it's the first time to hear that Dstv will just disconnect the service in the middle of a subscription period. Please reconnect my dstv access Service. My ID is ***
