Reconnection

Contacted DSTV call center and spoke to Akhona Gina on 23 July 2022 regarding why when I reconnected from DSTV Access to Compact I was not granted the reconnection deal currently on offer running from the 28th June to 31 July. He could not help and went to ask a manager by the name of Austin for assistance, on his return he told me that manager wants me to send him screen shots of the deal that is when I asked Akhona to call Austin, suddenly Austin and all managers conveniently went to a meeting. Akhona vehemently said he does not know the surname of his manager. What pathetic service? I want the reconnection offer activated.
