Reconnection Dstv

Some please kindly explain why do I have to pay a full amount for my dstv subscription to be cancelled whereas I won't be watching it? I have two decoders under my name, I called in October to ask for 1 to be cancelled because I don't have money to pay for both. I was told by a agent that I was supposed to call on my payment date, fine, but advised another option is to wait for the subscription to be suspended then call again to ask for 1 to be reconnected. Today since around 6am.... Been trying to get that done, I paid R307 to reconnect one decoder but I called and I was told to pay R152 to get that one reconnected but nothing. These WhatsApp consultant are telling me to pay full amount to disconnect the other decoder .FOR WHAT? IF I WILL BE PAYING AGAIN FOR RECONNECTION. THE REASON I'M CANCELLING ONE IS BECAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY GOOD PEOPLE
