Reconnection
Why is my reconnection fee R1.3k + for not having access for 1 month yet on the app it said R722? There’s no way I’m paying almost 3 times the amount whilst I didn’t have access to use your services. Please fix this amount to what’s on the app not the ridiculous amount on your payments website
