Reconnect my subscription
I seriously annoyed at Dstv. They keep disconnecting me yet I have made payment. I have sent proof of payment multiple times and last week I even went to the Durban CBD branch. I asked them if I was owing anything and the lady said NO. Now my services for the 8th time this month are being disconnected and when I call in they say I am owing R940. I need answers and to be reconnected.

11 Jun 2022, 10:50Also feel free to listen to all call recordings and how I repeatedly asked if I was owing anything and I was told R10 then it went R110 and I paid it. Now it’s R940
