Reconnect my services

Reconnct my services, I have paid what was due to my accont. I have asked for help numerous time I have children who are bored at home during this locked down.. I have paid my monthly subscription and changed dates for my monthly paymenta.. The agent who assisted me kn fb did not even one bit tell there will be extra charges, after paying i need to pay more . I JUST NEED my service reconnected as I have paid my monthly full subscription.. Kindly help please as dstv always ****s people with thsir6greediness
