reconnect my services

e saying i owe +R83 then my service was suspended. then i deposited R150 knowing i had to pay R50 reconnection. i got home and the services were back then they were cut off again after a few minutes. tried the sms reset it replies by saying thank you for replying to solidarity for sms's costing R1.50 after 6 or more sms i then tried to call Lebowakgomo branch around 3 calls were unanswered. called the call centre a couple of times was told i owe R 138 by a ivr . i paid in january so why should i pay over double for february
