Reconnect my service

i'm soo annoyed by this **** service that i am experiencing from dstv month in month out. i spoke with 3 consultant already Asvela, Nxobile and the other one don't remember her name. we rebooted the decoder as per the instruction and went to the setting for satellite and what's not still nothing the only channel that is playing is 100 since yesterday if the WhatsApp thing of dstv didn't help me. I have two decoder under my name to my surprise the other decoder is playing and the other one is the services are disconnected The account number ***6
