RECONNECT MY DECODER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
CAN SOMEONE CALL ME AND RECONNECT MY DECODER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL FOR THE SAME ISSUE. HOW? HOW CAN ONE BE IN ARREARS BUT PAYING EVERY MONTH? I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS AND THE AGENT DROPPED THE CALL. I SPOKE TO LINDISIPHO, NTOMBI, AND THANDO WHO IS REPORTING TO PHILASANDE KOTI. THANDO TOLD ME THAT HIS TEAM LEADER IS IN A MEETING, AND I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT BY THE FIRST AGENT. WE CALL USING OUR AIRTIME AS THIS IS NOT A TOLL FREE NUMBER. I WANT TO BE CONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A ****TY SERVICE. HOW CAN ONE BE IN ARREARS ON A SUBSCRIPTION ? HOW ? I MADE PAYMENT ON THE 5 MAY 2024

07 May 2024, 18:04The last agent I spoke to said the same thing. Just spoke to another agent from Capetown by the name of Mamela Ntenteni who is reporting to Chumisa Khalaza, she told me that theres no team leader available on floor they all knocked off. Tell me what kind of service is this?
