RECONNECT ME

I would like them to please send me the calls and sms's sent regarding the arrears. I missed 1 payment for March. April made a manual payment, May they debited me and June they debited me R27 and now my DSTV is disconnected without any communication. Yesterday the payment amount was R4900, then R3900 and today is R2500. Can we please be professional. I need a statement from date of inception todate and my service reconnected, I didnt ask them to debit me R27
