Reconnect!!

I just spoke to a consultant at Multichoice, Noordin or something who was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I made a payment in May for my subscription and instead of him trying to assist with this he was defensive and I asked to speak to his manager so I could get the help I needed, he began to laugh with his colleagues in the background and placed me on hold for a long time and eventually hanging up. Completely unprofessional and rude, plus he sounded disinterested in the query from the beginning. Can my services please be reinstated or the correct amount be calculated.
