reconection

on the 15 April 2021 my dstv was closed because of none payment, which I pay total of R909 pm including all the extras but I usually pay R1000 everymonth

on the 23 April 2021 I payed R1000 from my capitec account , I called DSTV customer service to ask if theres any extra amount to be paid because my dstv its not active they told me no as you paid R1000 your next instalment it will be on 02 June 2021. then the next day my dstv was active I was happy.

on sunday 09 May 2021 my dstv was switch off , wen I called I was told I owe them R400 because I paid less on the 23 April 2021.

so I asked them why didn't the person who was helping me never told me that because I called and I asked , they told me I owe reconnection fees, I rental of movies and last instalment was not enough but I did call but I was told it was fine.

iim not happy with dstv right now and if they cant open my services they can cancel my dstv , I ve been loyal to them this is how they repay their loay premium customers not way .
