RECEPTIONIST WHO IS RUDE AS ****!!!

I called this number ********** at around 10: 18 am this morning and it was answered by a very tired and angry sounding lady. Her attitude was appalling and she kept hanging up on me, I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up again, I called again and she answered when I asked to speak to her manager she pretended to be her 'Pinky' she said, the voice was the same so it was definitely her.

Please take this rude lady for customer service training because she is rude as ****!!!
