Received sms saying I owe while I paid
I have never in my life felt so inconvenienced like how I feel right now, baddest customer service ever. Send me a message saying that I must pay R299 instead of R429 before 28 August and I did that now they stopped my dstv saying I owe R180, R180 for what exactly? Calling agents telling me to send emails and wait for a call yhooo hayi

04 Sept 2022, 18:36When exactly because I have been calling and agents keeps on saying I must send emails to different departments promising to call me back after 5 or 10 minutes but non of them called me . I am so ****ed 😤 really now, a whole blessed day wastin my time calling dstv for something that you guys should have picked up before stopping something that I paid for
