rec connection fee+service agents have no service skils

<p>I have been charged reconnection fee and only advised yesterday my due date is 31/10/16/</p> <p>I have been number of branches on 30/10/2016 they were not able to take cash so I went to wotk and I work in rural area so no way to pay.As well as no services to pay.When I came home on 02/11/2016,i see disconnected and I have to pay for rec fee of R50.Want my rec Fee refunded as well as agents to be more patient and helpful at call centre.</p> <p>Id num-80 ********** 084.</p>
