Reaping off my money
Im really dissatisfied with the service IV been getting last year on the 22 August I wrote a complain regarding that they are overcharging me iv complained that I'm using Explora compact but they are charging me the other two that iv cancelled last year August till to this day I. Bin paying for them can they really refund me cuz they said there were cancelled.iv been ****** the passed years even after cancelling still they are reaping me off.i really need a solution on these matter.

03 Feb 2023, 06:48Im still not happy with the progress of my complain a guy called Sipho if I'm not mistaken he called and told me there other two were activated October I really don't understand how can I complain about them charging me for decoders im not using then I'm activating them again because iv complain in August then suddenly October they are activated he told me he is gonna sent me a statement for two years what am I gonna do with the statement cause I know they have bin charging me for decorcoders that are no use worse part the smart view it's been disconnected for over 10 years but yet I'm still paying for that I don't even know where is that decoder because I don't have it.these people must get to the bottom of this cause they know what they are doing when they are making us pay for decoders that are not in use so tell me who activated those two cuz I didn't if I don't get a solution I'd rather come to your offices and maybe the CEO of the company will give me clarity if that's how you do your busines.by reaping off our money .maybe the amount that we pay it's not enough so for you guys to meet the target u have ways to overcharge people.im not happy up until it's resolved
