i have been asking one question from last month already ,your call centre agents are useless i have been calling and i am not getting any joy ,your agents can agitate a client to the core,your managers or whoever is in your complaints department is as useless as everyone else,no one bothers calling customers back and this is shocking to say the least , why has my subscription fee increased from R529 to R803.00 i just don't get it i have one decoder so why am i being over charged now you first deactivates my services and expected me to over pay now i am over paying for something i don't know why ?
