Reap off

on the 27th of June we made a payment of R553 towards our subscription. this amount is for the remaining days of June and a full payment for July. Now when we check the bill statement it says that amount due is R449 on the 01 of July and i am surprised because we are on Compact and we are supposed to pay R399.00 but what is this additional 49 for i do not know and why doesn't the statement say the next payment is due on the 01st of August. Please fix this because i will not pay extra money for this, and remove that additional R49.
