Really???Cutting the service off prematurely

Really DSTV are you serious??? I have cancelled, but surely I am paid up till the end of the month?? So why are you cutting me off today on the 28th?? Pity you are not as fast when there are problems!!!! Switch it back on please, until 12:00 am on 31/05.
