Really disappointed by such a huge organization

I am disgusted by the service i am recieving from muti choice, my account balance suddenly over R500 i reported my dstv not working for a few months but pay the monthly bill, i cannot catch up record pause or play, i watch tv for 5 minutes then signal is gone... spoke to someone yesterday who advised they will fix the error on their side regarding the balance then today dstv completely disconnected... wow and not one further response regarding the other issue
