Really bad service 7 calls that lasted forever and a few emails

I was employed by Multichoice. I cancelled my subscription in June. November I did a change if ownership and I was shown that I had a credit on my account of almost R3600 by the Maponya mall branch. The system still showed that I was employed by Multichoice and because of the credit and the fact that it showed that I was still employed with the company the change of ownership cannot be completed. I had to email Multichoice I was informedby the walk in branch. I got home and wrote them an email. I received a change of ownership email that this was done. After receiving an email that the change of ownership was completed, my daughter kept trying to view but to know avail. I phoned in and I was informed this could talk upto 3 working days. This is now the 5th day and nothing has changed. Nothing was done about the credit on my account. I resend an email to the company as I did not get any feedback on the credit. I checked via my dstv app and the credit showed clearly. I contacted them again and I was informed that I must prove I overpaid. Really, I was a staff member and the same company deducted my money monthly. I just went into my account and all of a sudden my credit with the company is a 0 balance. Were did the money go too. I need a answer form Dstv/Multichoice.

Reviewer Update
This has been more than a week now. Multichoice phoned me once 2 minute conversation and nothing further. Customer service does not listen to what I had to say. This was with regards to my funds.

Problem 2: I have phoned Multichoice another 4 or 5 times this week. This is after my account was suppose to be transferred to my daughter's account. The last person I spoke to said, the change of ownership was never done. He then did it himself via the phone and said the HD PVR is not compatible with the extra view . He said I should go to DSTV and do an exchange. I did that. Only Explorer 2 is working and not Explorer 1 and 3. I phone The call centre this afternoon and the service consultant kept me on the phone for an hour, after I explained 3 or 4 times I'm running out of air time, she kept saying she is escalating and then just put me on hold. This is now almost an hour later and still nothing. Now I can understand why people are moving to Netflix. Not because of the company, but because of the incompetence of there staff. Such a pity such a great company is going downhill.
