Really again Multichoice!!!
In the beginning of last month I went on to the DSTv chat on the app, and requested that my payment date be changed to the 7th of each month. This morning I wake up to disconnected dstv account. These people give such poor service and we are tired of it. Could you please check my account and switch on as I have done my part in changing the date and I was assured that it was done

I paid R91 this morning after I spoke to you via the app. I believe that was a pro rata payment I was to make, but wasn’t communicated when I requested the change of payment date. In future please inform your clients correctly and don’t frustrate them like this. I have all streaming platforms in place and can only utilise that in DStv absence. So just remember that I am still faithful to you, having those options available.
