Real BAD BAD LIP SERVICE

I have been a loyal customer to Multichoice for more than 20years but never have i been treated so BAD as now. i have been sent from pillar to post without any success. My viewing services are all not active and yet my account is up to date and actually sitting on credit. i have been calling and calling and no on seems to can be able to help. I`m a Premium client with an extra view but still I`m treated bad.
