reading and comprehending

HI,

i have been trying to resolve a query with multichoice, but all they seem to do is threaten me by telling me the account is in arrears and it will be disconnected. So I figured, maybe if i use this forum then you will understand my problem.

Let me tell you why my account is in arrears. In December 2014 i called and asked for my debit order to cancelled and i would pay cash. I made a partial payment with the intention of paying the rest on the 1st of Jan, however, multichoice still debited my account and due to insufficient funds, the money that i was supposed to pay went off to cover your returned payment fee.

January I called in and changed my account details. I advised that i would pay cash AGAIN, and was assured that my debit order would run on 01/03/2015. So i paid cash....but guess what? THE SAME DAMN THING HAPPEND AGAIN! Only this time it happend on a new account that now has an adverse listing and is overdrawn.

I've been asking for the fees to be reversed, but all i get is threats. The arrears on my account was as a result of your consultants. THEY DID NOT INFORM ME TO RATHER NOT PAY AS THE DEBIT WOULD STILL RUN.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CALLS!
