Reactivation offer not honoured!

Received a reactivation offer on Friday 05/08/2022 of R499pm for Premium(usually R839pm) through this link: https://dstv.mobi/s/XqDQ6

Called Multi choice which they confirmed. Find out there was a balance of R231 to be paid. Called again and queried about it cause it was supposed to be waived as per offer. 2nd Agent was not sure. Requested to be transferred to supervisor (Anselm Kaputo) who advised to forward email with screenshot and previous conversation which was done.

Anselm called me back on Saturday stating that he would come back to me. To date nothing has been done.

Was willing to take the offer but poor follow up.

So please if you can not honour your own offer refrain to contact us.
